Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DMK purchases. We'll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any DMK Skincare purchases and will issue a full refund, exchange or store credit.

·         Refunds - if the product returned is in a new, unused and re-saleable condition

·         Exchanges/store credits - if the product returned has been lightly sampled, opened or unwrapped

Returns

Items must be returned within 14-days.  If you received the incorrect product or your purchase arrives damaged, return the unused product and we will issue a refund or exchange.  However, we do not accept returns for change of mind. 

If you get home and realise you already have the product you purchased (as sometimes happens), we can exchange the product or provide a store credit. We cannot provide a refund for a ‘change of mind’.

The returned product must have at least 50% of the contents remaining or be received unopened/unused in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

All items requiring a refund will be credited to the original form of payment.

Refunds

Refund payments will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt. The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product.  

We will not refund DMK purchases made at other salons.
